It's a watercolor painting on Arches cotton paper, made with archival Winsor and Newton paints.
I've changed the title of the piece a lot. Ultimately, though, it's about living things doing their things and the idea of work vs how we spend our leisure time.
Here are a few other titles I almost went with- I think the gestalt of all them paints a pretty good picture (so to speak):
"A Married Couple"
"Three Levels of Existence"
"Four Levels of Existence" (the plant!)
"Five Levels of Existence" (the plant and the phone?)
"A Robot Vacuuming"
"The Top of Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs"

I’m not Costco, but as long as there’s a good reason and the stuff isn’t damaged, etc., I think I would be up for returns.

I use watercolors to paint mostly robots, but also souls and animals and whatever else pops into my mind and seems like it's worth 10 to 60 hours of my focused energy. It's thrilling if people like my art enough to hang up in their homes. Though, logically, it makes perfect sense because I would.
