Senecio Herreianus 'String of Watermelon'

Curio Herreianus, commonly known as String of Watermelons, Beads, or Raindrops, is a trailing species with impressive foliage. Its narrow, string-like stems can grow over 1.0' long and feature round leaves with striking pink to purple striping. When exposed to bright sunlight, the leaves and stems develop deep purple tones. This plant is perfect for hanging pots near a sunny window, and prefers slightly more frequent watering compared to other succulents. Simply water when the leaves begin to wrinkle. In frost-free environments, it can also thrive outdoors in a container or as a ground cover.
