Sempervivum 'Greenii'

Sempervivum 'Greenii', a succulent known for forming dense mats and tight rosettes of sharp, fleshy leaves, reaches up to 6 inches (15 cm) in height and spreads to 12 inches (30 cm). Its rosettes have a 4 inch (10 cm) diameter and a grayish-green to bluish-gray color, often with reddish or maroon tips. The thick flowering stalk, emerging from the center, bears delicate pink star-shaped flowers. This plant thrives with regular watering and partial shade in temperatures over 80F during the spring and summer. It is frost-resistant and can survive winter under a layer of snow, but it is crucial to protect it from excess moisture to prevent rot.
