This blend of herbs is formulated for those with tough cases of insomnia in mind. The herbs used are no joke, so please don’t drive or do anything of the sorts after taking this blend! Any beer drinker can attest to the relaxing action of hops, which we have utilized here (minus the extra calories of beer) to help relax the body for a good night’s rest. Skullcap is one of our favorite herbs to calm the brain and ease stress. Wild lettuce has been researched for it’s relaxant effect and has a traditional use as a pain reliever, just in case it’s those little aches and pains that keep you tossing and turning. Valerian has traditionally been used to help reduce the time it takes to fall asleep.
