Karole Sharpe is a glass artist who has created glass pieces for over 30 years. She believes making Art heals you. Somehow despite the trauma she endured as a child, she was able to tuck away her creativity into a safe place. She “plays” with the color, light, and texture, to express her humor, grief, and spirituality. Karole’s work has been shown all over the United States in galleries and group shows. She studied sculpture at the University of Colorado at Denver, then continued her education at Pilchuck Glass school in Washington and in Denver area classes. The Detroit Institute of Art, galleries through out Colorado, Habatat Gallery, Pismo Gallery, and numerous private collections all have shown and/or own her art pieces.
