I originally started college in an interior design program, and later switched into the Fine Arts program at Georgian College in Barrie Ontario, where my work using fabrics as a subject matter began. After graduating, I transferred to NSCAD University in Halifax Nova Scotia, where I earned my BFA degree. Since graduating, I've been focusing on drawing with coloured pencils on wood panels, becoming lost in the details of intricate garments and fabrics, while leaving the beauty of the raw wood exposed.
All coloured pencil drawings are original and hand-drawn. Each piece is finished with a UV Archival Spray which protects it from sun exposure and smudging.
