Phoenix Rising

Phoenix "rising from the ashes" is more poetic than you might think. The deep black horizontal bar across the top of the wood "wing" was created by charring the wood with a torch! The cradled flame-light from the center oil lamp is reflected by a metallic-glazed ceramic form, and the heat is channeled out the top of a form, directing it away from your wall. Trouble-free and easy to use, this lamp has a fiberglass wick that will never need trimming or replacing, and comes with a plastic squirt bottle that makes filling the lamp very easy- just lift the stopper and squirt oil into it. The removable glass oil chamber is large enough to hold oil for about 8 hours of light. Comes with an info card explaining wick adjustment and where to find the “ULTRAPURE/ smokeless and odorless/ liquid paraffin,” I recommend. It mounts on the wall by resting on a wooden cleat that's easy to install with a couple screws. I hope you enjoy this piece; It's designed to be easy and a delight to use!! It's a one-of-a-kind.
