The petrified wood log that this plank-cut table was cut from is from the Paulcell Ranch in Hobrook, Arizona just outside of the famous Arizona Petrified Forest. This piece was cut and expertly polished by our petrified wood expert, a second generation lapidary artist. The table base was made to our specifications. The tapered shape creates the illusion of motion. The blue, rust, gold and black markings caused from trace elements in the Agate make it look like a painting.
