Oatmeal Raisin Pecan Cookies
Cream together:
1 stick softened butter
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup sugar
1 egg
1/6 cup water
3/4 teaspoon vanilla

In a separate bowl mix, then add to wet ingredients:
2 cups regular rolled oats
2/3 cup whole wheat pastry flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 teaspoon salt

Add to cookie batter:
1/3 cup raisins
1/4 cup crushed pecans
Drop by spoonfuls onto cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 18 minutes.
