These are our newest creations, 12 inches wide by 19 inches long, double sided, with a handle cut in the top for hanging or serving. Made from white oak, Cherry, and black walnut. These come with a free microban cutting board guard for cutting raw meats or protection from cuts. Comes alone ( with guard) for 110 or with a knife( of your choice)for 130. Comes with care instructions for a lifetime of use.

I handcraft bow knives from white oak, cherry, maple, black walnut, African Zebra wood, and Mahogany. Our knives can cut your homemade bread, all cheeses, all fruits and vegetables,
smoked meats, bagels, etc. Just hold whatever your cutting stationary and use a sawing motion,no pressure is needed.Care is simple, just rinse off and hang up to dry (care instructions are included.)Our blades are all U.S. stainless steel will never rust and are GUARANTEED to never dull.I also make beautiful lazy Susan's, cheese cutters, cutting boards and rolling pins from only our finest cuts of wood. All my products are made with all hand selected wood from middle Tennessee. We are a small family business located in the foothills of Appalachia, and everything we make is done by hand with no computerized machines.
