Part of the "Journey's End" collection, this piece encompasses the feeling I get when I finally get to a beautiful lake during an Ontario summer.
Thick impasto texture captures the rows of trees across the landscape of lakes in Muskoka Ontario. This piece shows what I love about being on a lake is getting away from everything and taking in the stillness and beauty.

I am an abstract impressionistic painter, living in Toronto with my husband and our mini goldendoodle, Josie.
Originally born in Alberta, I find strength and stillness in forests, fields, and by water.
Painting is a restorative process for me, it gives me time to focus on how beautiful and magical our world can be.
My works include both landscapes and portraits, although the portraits often include elements of nature such as branches or mountains.
My overarching goal would be that my collectors feel the same sense of magic and connection I feel to the world through painting.
