Morning Smile acrylic on canvas ONLINE Show MEET THE ARTIST: Taslima Hossain Taslima is a self taught artist living in Whitby, ON with her family. She is passionate about creating still life and landscape paintings using bold colors and fine details. Her main focus is to capture of natural light and creating a serene atmosphere. Since her childhood, she had great attachment to art that was translated on paper using graphite. As time passed, she had discovered her blessings and love for painting and never stopped since. Her inspiration comes from the never-ending beauty she finds in nature. Her work is exhibited online and in-person galleries. She was awarded an Honourable mention at the 55th Annual Juried Art Exhibition at Oshawa Art Association in April 2023.
