If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help! To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If the product has been gently used and still containing at least 17 Grams of product, you are eligible for a 50% refund. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase and shipping receipt. We will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will initiate a refund by sending a check to your desired address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item; Add copy of receipt of shipping cost if you would like reimbursement of shipping costs.
