Meet your seller
Carl
Carl A. Puett was born in Robert Lee, TX and raised at an orphanage at the end of the depression, Masonic Home and School in Fort Worth, Texas. After High School at the start of the Korean War, Carl joined the U.S. Navy.
After four years in the U.S. Navy, Carl received a Bachelor of Science degree in Art from Texas A&M at Commerce, Texas. Carl received a Masters Degree in Art from the University of Houston and also studied art in Italy at the University of Rome and commercial art at the art institute of Houston. Carl then studied with western artists Joe Radar Roberts, G Harvey and Lajos Markos. Carl paints in various mediums which include acrylics, watercolor and oil.
After teaching art for thirty years at public schools and universities throughout Houston, Texas, he and his wife retired to Marquez, Texas so he could devote full time to painting.

Seller of the artwork of Carl A Puett. Established by Carl Puett, who has painted for over 60 years. Carl has taught Art in studios, high schools and Colleges, he has a Master of Art degree and has studied with Joe Rader Roberts (Gary Lynn Roberts father) and G. Harvey. Carl has participated in many art shows and also sells paintings through commissioned requests.
