I live in Northern California and enjoy the ocean's beauty. This piece is made from recycled steel that I hand cut, dye, weld, and coat in resin. This mermaids is frolicking under the sea with her treasures of shell or starfish or other fish.
The back is has a wire and can hang on a regular picture hook.
