Description
While flax will remain strong, it transforms from a crisp rough fiber to a soft pleasant linen once spun and worked. This 100% Flax Top is a curated mill dyed colorway and has a staple length between 5 and 7 inches, it is neither line nor toe. We recommend wet spinning to achieve a smoother finished yarn.
Finished items created from this top are recommended hand wash only. While this yarn is 100% Flax and can tolerate detergents, agitation, and heat while wet, The Fiberists recommend all projects be hand washed to ensure longevity.
