Created by Rolf Wagner from a photo we took in in Kinderdijk, Netherlands. Base glass is white with glass paints. Shapes of windmill and flowers are cut and added to base for extra depth. Tack fused in a kiln for 9 hours. One of a kind. Ready to hang.
