Wikoff, wrote this story as a love letter to a lifetime of gaming. Review "surprisingly good" I was a bit hesitant trying a litrpg with a non gamer MC but it was interesting. Yes the MC comes off as naive to a gamer but if you never really liked games. barely played, you would make stupid mistakes at first, and you would be punished for them as the MC is at times. This isn't just a journey of characters going through an RPG world its learning how RPG worlds work on top of it.
