MEET THE ARTIST: Sarah Bergeron
I was born and raised on Vancouver Island, on the breathtaking West Coast of BC. In 2017 I received my Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree from Emily Carr University of Art & Design. In 2015 I completed the Fine Arts Diploma Program at North Island College. I have been involved in the Comox Valley arts community as a volunteer for the NIC Student Art Events, as a self-directed Curatorial Coop student for Raven Hall Gallery in 2015, as Curatorial/Gallery Assistant at the Comox Valley Art Gallery from 2014-2016, as Manager at Spirits of the West Coasy Art Gallery currently, and as a professional Artist in numerous exhibitions in the Comox Valley and surrounding areas. Having lived in the Comox Valley for my whole life, I have a deep appreciation for its rich and vibrant arts community and the beautiful and inspiring west coast.
