Handbuilt Botanic Texture Pottery Vase, Stoneware Vessel made from slabs, Flower Display makes a nice hostess gift.
Approx 4" tall x 7" diameter at belly.

One of a kind - you will get this exact vase.
I create each piece by hand, step-by-step. Slabs are rolled, textured, cut & shaped from white stoneware. The texture is a bit obscured by the joining of seams and darts - handmade charm. The piece is then glazed with a rich pure black inside and on the rim and then rubbed into and off of the texture . Then fired to 2185 degrees in my electric kiln, at my San Diego home studio.
