Half Azz (150 Proof Clear Moonshine)

Our most neutral spirit made from our very own original signature recipe. We start our fermentation process with sugar, and then add yeast, and a nutrient. We double distill and double filtered to provide the cleanest and smoothest taste possible. This is the base spirit that we use to make our flavored moonshines. It has a clean neutral taste, and a warm smooth slightly sweet finish. We highly believe what gives our spirits its high quality taste is not only the way we distill in our homemade copper stills, but our water supply is some of the best tasting around.
