Easy and Delicious Peanut Butter Cookies
1 cup of peanut butter
1 cup of granulated sugar
1 egg
1/2 cup of chocolate chips (optional)
This recipe makes around 24 cookies.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients together, minus chocolate chips, with an electric mixer to cream ingredients. Then with hands or spatula mix in the chocolate chips. Line a baking sheet with wax paper. Roll mixture into small balls then put them on a baking sheet and flatten with a fork. Bake for 10 minutes. Do not over bake! Cool for a few minutes on baking sheet and enjoy!
