Caffeine free. Ginger is known in ayurveda as a pure (sattwic) spice and "the universal medicine." It is heating so more is not necessarily better. That's why I like to take only a bit at a time. Steep for 10 minutes or until the water has cooled down enough to drink.
We're switching the packaging of this tea to paper cartons and biodegradable tea bags to make it even more eco-friendly.
