Genesis

Genesis Maui is just a gorgeous island. There are so many diverse locations that bring this island alive. This is a popular spot for me as well as tourist when I visit the island. I've shot this location mostly in the middle of the day, because its all the way on the other side of the island. But, this time I wanted to get a shot of sunrise with no one around. So, I got up early to make the long trek around the island and while it was still dark and early, I made myself down to the ocean. All I could hear the blowhole shooting up. It was a pure adrenaline rush. I was very careful not to set up to close to the edge, but to make sure that I get the true essence of the scene. I'm proud to say, that this shot took Bronze in the Epson International Pano Awards. All my images are printed on fine art paper and then placed under acrylic to add, depth, clarity and a color pop that is unsurpassed.
