Xiaobang Li is a Toronto based artist. He specializes in oil and mixed media painting. Influenced by the work of old masters, he combines abstraction with technical ability to create painted worlds of decadence and delight. Through the process of studying and appropriation, he combines classical painting style with modern emotions and motifs. After years of working a stable job as a store manager, Xiaobang decided to pursue his dream of art. Now here he is, trying hard to have a fresh start.
