Flour Sack Towel- Hemlock

This flour sack towel is 100% cotton and machine embroidered with hemlock! Hemlock is a VERY poisonous plant that is surprisingly in the carrot family. Even though it is poisonous, it is used to make medicine. DO NOT pick it and try it yourself though. Leave that to the professionals because just 0.1grams can kill an adult. The towel measures approximately 28” square. (That was prewashing size-they might be a bit smaller, but they are definitely a GREAT size) I chose these towels because: 1-I love the size 2-I love the wrinkled nature. They are SUPPOSED to be wrinkly. Don’t expect them nice and flat. You won’t be able to iron all the wrinkles out. They are made into the material basically. They are a great size to throw on your oven handle. They are also excellent for covering up proofing bread. Allergy note: Everything I make gets prewashed in warm with a fragrance free detergent, so nothing will come to you smelling floral. I do have dogs and cats in the house. The stitch work is done with a polyester thread, so be careful if you do decide to iron.
