This handmade facemask is made with two layers of folded cotton and a third layer of tightly woven paper cotton. The mask is designed with a pocket to insert your own disposable filter (not included) or a paper towel.
The masks are washable and reusable; please wash before first use. We recommend you wash warm and dry flat. Experts recommend you have more than one mask so you can wash one and wear one as needed.
CDC recommends to fold over a piece of fabric so it has 5 X 3 measurements with seam allowance and 6" of elastic. Our masks are larger than the CDC recommendation for mask size to give you more coverage.
