Description
This is a hand-made face mask with two sizes of VERY SHARP spikes in rows. It's backed with very heavy interfacing to hold up the spikes, and has a velcro-removable cotton lining to wash (don't wash the outside with the spikes). The removable liner has a pocket for additional filters if you like, though you already have 4 layers of fabric and a layer of interfacing between your face and the outside world. Small bit of wire in the nose bridge to help shape it to your face.
Small fits an average woman's face, and large fits an average man's face. Measured height in front, from under the chin to bridge of nose.
The default option comes with generic elastic ear loops, but you can upgrade to elastic around the back of your head for further support and adjustability.
I'm sorry for the expensive shipping, but with the spikes, it has to be sent in a small box instead of an envelope.
** Note: I am not a licensed medical professional and do not make any claims that these masks can prevent you from catching or spreading germs/ illness. This is still ultimately a fabric face mask and can only protect you so far. That being said, something is still better than nothing.
