Euphorbia tithymaloides, also known as Devil's Backbone, is a perennial succulent featuring oval-shaped leaves with pointed tips. The plant's branches and stems have a distinct zigzag pattern, giving it a unique and exotic appearance. Its glossy leaves are arranged alternately with one leaf per point along the stem, and have smooth edges with a slightly wavy appearance. The plant's stem is round and green, creating its signature zigzag shape. While it was once classified under Pedilanthus, it is now more accurately placed in the genus Euphorbia.
