These cutting boards are created from Black Walnut, Cherry Wood, White Oak & Spalted Maple.
Handmade from the end grain of each wood.
Made by myself I in my Connecticut wood shop. All from reclaimed wood.
My beautiful cutting boards are milled and dried for approximately 3 years before I create a cutting board. These are the best woods types locally available for cutting boards as they stand up to knife scoring and as they are far less porous being end grain. The board comes hand finished on both sides, ready to use, and sealed with mineral oil.
