Flying Anvil Designs
My work is influenced by nature, especially the beaches and forests of Upper Michigan, my childhood playground, and my current home. Each piece is hand-crafted in my studio in Calumet, Michigan
The silver on all pieces is hand hammered, formed and forged. Many pieces have forms reminiscent of the waves lapping at the shore I see on early morning walks along the beaches.
All basalt pebbles are collected locally on the magnificent beaches along the shores of Lake Superior, now part of my adult playground.
