Refund & return policy
I am very reasonable, and want to work with you to make your order right. For the customer that simply changes their mind on custom work, I will return the item, and offer full price exchange for other custom work.
However, all postage to be paid by customer. If your jewelry breaks within 90 days of purchase, I will repair, free of charge, but customer pays postage and handling.
Customers may avoid shipping charges, by visiting me in my home showroom in Eagan.
