When in its original condition (meaning no sizing, alteration, and/or wear), any in-stock purchase (i.e. not a special order or custom design piece) has a full money back guarantee for up to ten (10) days after the sale or it may be exchanged or returned for store credit up to thirty (30) days after the sale. Any adjustments related to sizing, necklace length, etc. on a fine jewelry purchase are complimentary and can be made before the sale (if the customer chooses to forfeit the option for return/exchange) or after the sale at a later date. Gift recipients will be issued a merchandise credit only, no cash refunds. A refund may be subject to a restocking/processing fee of up to 15%. Receipts must accompany all claims. Any item purchased in accordance with a sale, donation, or discounted promotion is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return or exchange.

We are a family-owned jewelry store in downtown St. Pete, FL started by USCG veteran Gary Sanchez in 1984. His wife, Cheryl, and two daughters, Lauren and Danielle, are all active Junior League members when not working at the store. We carry jewelry from $20 to upwards of $200,000 and have a full-service custom design and repair center.
