Description
This is one of my '22 drawer' cabinets.
The carcass of the box is made from African mahogany and the door panels, drawer fronts and back panels are book-matched and sequence matched walnut burl, The doors pivot on fitted brass hinges and the doors are held closed by small magnets. The drawer sides are made from poplar. Each drawer has one of my 'friendly' handles made from American black walnut. The bottom of the drawers are lined with brown ultra-suede to protect whatever you choose to keep inside. The bottom of the box has four soft feet to protect your table top from marring.
The box is finished with several hand-rubbed coats of clear lacquer and then waxed to bring out the natural color and figure of the woods.
