Jorge Santiago Jr is a comic book creator and artist from El Paso, TX! He has a MFA in Sequential Art from SCAD and has been drawing comics since he was 16. He is the creator of the popular webcomic "The Curse of the Eel" on Tapas and is the co-creator/artist on the 2x Ringo Award Nominated comic, "Spencer & Locke!" Jorge lives in Georgia where he makes art full time.
