Our aged corn spirit made from locally sourced corn and barley. Starting with a mellow, lightly toasted smoky oak frontage, you will taste notes of the sweet corn and barley mid palate, with a nutty smooth finish. This one has our bourbon drinkers always intrigued and wanting more. Although this is not traditional “Bourbon”, but we would stack this one up to all the others.
