Cobalt Blue art deco scallops swirl on heavy blue velvet and white satin giving this WhmZ an elegance for any occasion. Wonderful for a wedding, steampunk, or magical event this coat would easily fit sizes 8-10 and fuller bust sizes because it ties in the back. Two side wings add a tail coat look.
