Description
The plate is food-safe. It is made of sheet glass, powders, and quill pen. This rectangular plate can be used to serve food or display a candle on it. It’s very colorful. The colors are shades of blue, sunshine yellow, marigold yellow, orange, green, and white. It has been handmade by me. The piece is fired in my kiln to a smooth finish. To finish the process in the kiln, the glass is cooled very slowly—annealing phase. This process makes the glass stronger. This piece is 6mm thick. NOTE: We do not recommend washing this piece in the dishwasher—due to cold/heat variations of the dishwasher. Please hand wash.
