I have been creating handblown glass for over 40 years and I always relish the challenges and inspiration each piece brings. Along with traditional glassblowing methods, I also enjoy mixing mediums. Using my Master’s degree in Glass and Bachelor’s degree in Ceramics I am able to explore the very different benefits each medium has to offer by bringing them together. I have been fortunate enough to study with Glass Masters at the Pilchuck glass school; there I was able to create using experimental techniques and gain knowledge in new skills and experiences. Creating artistic expressions using glass is my passion and the most satisfying thing about it for me is bringing joy to others through my work.
