Black and White Bowl with Gray Inner Ring

This small bowl is made from a white stoneware clay on my potters wheel. Its decorated with black slip that has been thinned to create the gray ring along the inner upper rim. The outside is decorated with thinned and heavier applications of black slip brushed from the foot to the bowl's rim. The entire bowl is finished with a clear glaze. Its size is suitable for single servings of soups, salad, or cereal. I can also be used when serving dips, snacks, or sauces. Food safe. Microwave and dishwasher safe. Hand washing recommended.
