Black and White Bowl with Big Stripes and Dots

Thrown on my potters wheel with a white stoneware clay, this small bowl is decorated with thick stripes of black slip that travel from rim to rim. The outside is painted black with the same slip in thin and thick applications. The finishing touches include dots of black slip both inside and out.The entire bowl is finished with a clear glaze. Its size is suitable for single servings of soups, salad, or cereal. I can also be used when serving dips, snacks, or sauces. Food safe. Microwave and dishwasher safe. Hand washing recommended.
