Description
The aye-aye is a lemur, largest of the nocturnal primates. They can only be found in Madagascar. (And their hands are highly specialized, with a long spindly middle finger!)
This art is part of a series of creatures I'm creating for use in my prints and note cards.
Original prismacolor pencils on gray paper. Gold edging painted on black mat. Art measures 4.5 x 6.5, with mat 8x10 plus frame.
