These steel and copper bracelets are hand painted or patinaed to give them deep, rich colors. A stainless steel, brass or copper arrow is attached with rivets. Each bracelet is adjustable to most wrists and lined with leather for comfort and hypoallergenic purposes.
The leather is branded with a scripture from Psalm 127:4 saying "like arrows in the hand of a warrior". If you finish that verse out, it ends with "so are the children of ones youth". We made this bracelet to remind ourselves that as parents, it's our job to point our kids in the right direction in life.
*EllaJude jewelry varies in color due to metal oxidizing differently. Each piece we make may have slight imperfections in the way that it is cut, colored or sanded, creating a one-of-a-kind piece.

Joshua Samuels is a Memphis jeweler specializing in handmade copper, brass and steel jewelry. His artistic process began as a young adult with abstract paintings and canvas art. After making his wife, April, a pair of earrings, he found that his simple, unique designs began to grow in popularity around the Memphis area. His jewelry is characterized by vibrant patinas and a rustic style.
ELLAJUDE jewelry is designed and made by Joshua Samuels in my shop in Memphis, TN. My designs are simple, unique and enhanced by the beautiful imperfections patinas bring out in each piece. Most of my materials are locally sourced from the Memphis area. My jewelry begins as a section of copper, steel or brass which is hand cut & forged to shape. The bracelets and rings are lined with leather for comfort and hypoallergenic reasons. I use natural patinas to create a vibrant array of colors which is enhanced by hand sanding and leaves each piece distressed with a polished edge. After the sealant is applied, we are left with a rustic, one of a kind wearable piece of art.
