Deryck Lewis
Deryck Lewis is a UK-born photographer currently practicing in Toronto. He works primarily within black and white fully analog processes. Embracing imperfection, his modified film cameras distort and blur movement and light to form shadows creating an impressionistic narrative. By stretching time through long exposures, he reveals a stark, elemental landscape, of unseen worlds full of tension and mystery inspired by folklore and childhood memories.
