We pride ourselves on our work. However, we fully understand that there may be times when a customer needs to make a return or exchange.
We accept returns/exchanges. You can return/exchange unopened items in the original packaging within 15 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 15 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Hygiene and our customers safety is super important, so certain items can't be returned or refunded including hats or face masks.
Once the returned/exchanged item has been inspected and determined eligible for return/exchange, we will complete the refund/exchange. For refunds - the customer will be refunded the purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so please make sure they are packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way!
Only regular priced items are refundable. Sale items are non-refundable.
