Adenium obesum 'Desert Rose'

The succulent plant Adenium obesum, also known as 'Desert Rose', is native to dry desert regions in Africa, Asia, and Tanzania. With its small tree-like shape and beautiful flowers, it is commonly used as a houseplant. Its thick, gray-green succulent stems, called a caudex, emerge from a bulbous base and are usually accompanied by a small number of leaves. During the summer, this plant produces bell-shaped flowers in shades of red to pink. The leaves of 'Desert Rose' can range from green to variegated. Be aware that the sap of this plant is toxic and should not be touched by children or pets.
