Description
Sometimes during this COVID Winter, my thoughts turn to a time of rebirth - Spring. A spring morning spent on my small pond would do my soul good. I strived to create the illusion textures on a smooth board with a medium that has almost no physical depth while conveying the light and color of spring.
This piece was creating using watercolor on Clayboard with encaustic top layer for depth and protection.
