Return and Exchange Policy:
We want you to love your swimsuit and understand things don’t always work out.
Chinca Swimwear reserves the right to refuse the package and/or return to sender should the merchandise not meet these requirements. Please contact info@chincaswimwear.com if you have any questions.
Use the following guidelines to determine eligibility of items for return/exchange:
- Chinca Swimwear accepts returns and exchanges within 15 days of shipment.
- Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused. It must be free from all deodorant, sunscreen marks and any make up or foundation.
- All tags must be attached and the hygienic liner in place.
- Merchandise must be in original packaging.
Please note
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back to Chinca.
Customer will be notified once the return/exchange has processed.
If the item requested for exchange is unavailable, Chinca will reimburse you.
Return/Exchange Process:
- Contact Chinca Swimwear via email at info@chincaswimwear.com explaining that you would like to return/exchange your order and your reason. Please, specify the item you would like to return/exchange, if exchange please detail the size/color you are exchanging for.
- Safely package, ship the merchandise withing fifteen (15) days of receiving your shipment to:

o Note: We strongly recommend that you obtain tracking or delivery confirmation of your package, Chinca Swimwear is not responsible for lost or misdirected return and exchanges.
- Once the return/exchange safely arrives at Chinca Swimwear, we will perform an inspection to the item(s) condition. (Any merchandise that does not meet the requirements of our Return Policy will not be accepted).
- Please, allow 2-5 business days for return/exchange to be processed.
Authenticity & Warranty:
- Chinca Swimwear only carries merchandise that is authentic. Please, be aware that even such products are not entirely free of workmanship errors, like occasional missing threads and similar defects. If within the first thirty days, such problem has been identified with the merchandise, please contact us at info@chincaswimwear.com with a picture and description of the defects.
