This cutting board is perfect for serving small appetizers on a beautiful board. It is made out of walnut, mahogany, cherry, and maple. It is 2.25 inches thick, 8 inches wide, and 17.5 inches long. Each individual color is a different type of wood and is made with a food safe mineral oil.
All of my CUTTING BOARDS are made by using a different orientation of the wood. These boards face the end grain up so that you are cutting on a practically self healing surface. On all of my boards labeled "cutting boards" you will not see the knife when you cut on them. For this reason they are more expensive and require more time to make. If you are looking for a serious kitchen cutting board then definitely consider a cutting board from M4 Industries.
