There will be five (5) drawings conducted at the end of the sweepstakes period around 11/01/2020. Drawing: On or around 11/01/2020, five (5) drawings will be conducted among all eligible entries received during the sweepstakes period. The winners will be chosen through a random drawing by the Star One Business and Community Development Department from entries received. Odds of winning will be determined by the number of entries received. Prizes: One gift basket valued up to $200.00 will be awarded to five eligible prize winners. Winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes where applicable. Prizes are non-transferable. Proof of current Star One membership is required to claim the prize. Prize Notification: The winner will be notified by phone or a traceable method of delivery, and will be required to complete and sign an Affidavit of Eligibility. The Affidavit of Eligibility must be returned within 14 days from the date of prize notification or the prize will be forfeited.
